What if I have to cancel a camp?

We recommend “Cancellation Protection”.

We do not offer refunds on cancelled campers, just a future camp credit if you decide to cancel, but we do have what is called “Cancellation Protection”. We offer basic Cancellation Protection to allow participants some peace of mind in case plans change. This allows us to keep our prices low and provide the best service possible. Due at the time of registration, Cancellation Protection entitles you to a full refund of camp tuition should you cancel your registration more than 14 days prior to the start of a camp. If you cancel within 14 days of the start of your session, we will give you a camp credit for all money paid. All cancellation requests must be in writing. The credit is valid for 3 years from camp date at any of our camps. Credit with insurance is transferable to family members or friends, and good toward a future camp.

Are the ID Camps overnight camps?

No. During the school year, there is not extra housing for campers to be housed on campus. We recommend staying at the Red Lion River Inn which is walking distance from campus and provides a shuttle to and from the airport.

Are meals provided during the ID Camps?

Yes, dinner after check-in on Friday. Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions.

Due to NCAA regulations, we unfortunately are unable to provide financial assistance or scholarships to camp. We do offer discounts for the following groups:

We offer a $25.00 discount to all campers registering as part of team of 10 players or more. Teams may room and play matches together if requested.
